David E. Shepard Jr., 65, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Oakey's North Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.Oakeys.com.
