March 23, 1965 - May 29, 2022
Denice Rochelle "Neicy" Stephens, 57, of Roanoke, Va., transitioned to Glory in the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
Neicy was preceded in death by her father, William Stephens and brother, William Stephens Jr.
Those left to cherish and honor her memory are her mother, Rachel Graham and her companion, Lance; two sisters, Debora (Tariq) Rashad and Rachel Bristol, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home & Crematory. Live streaming will be available from the Hamlar-Curtis website. Click "View Live Streaming Here" at the top of the screen. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Williams Memorial Park. Condolences may be sent to www.hamlar-curtis.com.

Although I did not spend much time working with Denise I am very saddened to hear of her passing. Words cannot describe the absence she will leave. The world has lost a beautiful woman, a Veteran who gave part of her life to her country and a person with a very helpful heart.
