Eric Dobbie Obituary

Eric A. Dobbie, 32, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021.
Eric was a very active member of the Church of Jesus of the Latter-day Saints in Roanoke. Eric performed his LDS Missionary service in Mesa, Ariz. He was also a talented amateur guitar player. Eric was an animal lover and enjoyed being outdoors.
Surviving are his parents, Blair and Teresa Dobbie; sister, Kathryne Dobbie of Chesterfield, Va.; aunt, Renee Richardson of Bristol, Tenn.; cousins, Alyssa Richardson and Aaron Trivett; nephew, Silas Johnson all of Bristol, Tenn.; uncle Dan and Aunt Jeanie Dobbie of Flournoy, Calif., and uncle, William Dobbie of Ashland, Ore.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 7 p.m. at the Church of Jesus of the Latter-day Saints located at 3808 Brandon Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015

We are so sad to here about Eric's passing, Brett and Eric and others came to our home and hung out and had a fun time watched TV played games when they were in high school. Then of course growing up they all had different paths in life they followed. May the Lord comfort the whole family and his friends. God Bless You, Terry and Stan Simons

It breaks my heart to hear of Eric´s passing. Even though he was with us for a short time, he filled the world around him with so much joy. I will always remember him with a humble and kind heart with a bright smile! I hope there´s some comfort in knowing just how loved and adored he was.
