Ethel Hayden Obituary

Ethel Mae Hayden, 83, of Bedford, Bunker Hill Community, died Monday, July 28, 2008, in Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Bedford. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lucy Hayden; one grandson, Michael Gilmore; and three brothers. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Hayden Robertson, of Bedford; three grandchildren, Conya, Courtney and Catherine; and two brothers. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008, at the Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church in Bedford County. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Friends may call the funeral home after noon on Friday, August 1, 2008. Arrangements by Bedford Funeral Home.

Dear Mom,

it seems so hard to believe that you have left us. I wake to call you to say that I am fine and go to bed each thinking about call you and see if everything is okay with you.

I know that you are at peace and in no more pain, but I also bet you are spoiling your grandson.

Mom there will always be void in my life and I will never ever forget you. Rest on Mom because you deserve it
