Gloria Baker Obituary

Baker, Gloria W.

BAKER, Gloria W., age 91, of Centerville, passed away peacefully at home on August 26, 2025, surrounded by friends and family. Gloria was born on April 18, 1934 in Ferndale, MI to parents Maurice and Marie Townsend. Gloria graduated from Sinclair College with a degree in business, and worked in administrative support at WPAFB for many years. Gloria loved to travel the world with her friends and family, and experienced 42 countries during her lifetime. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and GiGi to five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ted Baker; daughter, Nancy Baker; sister, Marion Joyce; and niece, Diane Burns. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Dundon (Bill Kilroy); grandson, Dr. John (Dr. Suzanne) Dundon; granddaughter, Dr. Amanda (Landon) Hough; great-grandchildren, Zane & Emma Hough, and Ava, Alexandra, & John Dundon.
