Jeffrey FRANCO Obituary
Jeff was well respected for his many talents and acted as a manager for several area businesses including Kenny's Restaurant and Wood's Ace Home Center. Most recently Jeff served as the manager of Harwood Paints, and was also employed by the Brambleton Kroger. His great intellect, kind demeanor, and dry wit made him a favorite, especially among his many friends in the Grandin Village Community.
Visitation will be held at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Thursday, February 28, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. and a Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013, at the Community Church, 901 Russell Drive, Salem, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Harwood Paints for a special fund created by members of Grandin Village. Online condolences may be sent to www.lotzfuneralhome.com. I use to work with Jeff at Woods Ace Hardware. Jeff taught me so much and was one of most helpful and nicest person I have ever met. I am so sorry for your loss I am sending prayers up for his entire family. RIP buddy

To the Franco Family: I am so sorry to hear about Jeff's passing. I own the holistic center across from Harwood Paints. Jeff helped me with my decision making with gallon after gallon of paint for the center as well as my home. He listened to my life stories. He was SO nice, patient, and always very helpful. He will truly be missed. My heart is with you during this time of grief.
