Joan Shelley Warring, 84, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Oakey's North Chapel. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at Oakeys.com.
