My heart is truly broken, but I know GOD makes no mistakes. John was a sweet spirit, we worked together @ Carilion and I could not ask for a better co-worker. that smile he always had when we met in the hallways @ work. I will miss him dearly. RIP my brother. praying for his family and please pray for me. This is a hard one.

To My God children Trey and and to Danyell and Sharnice & Shaikia and my neice LA Kia and the whole Mayo family l send my love and Sympathy. I met John before any of his children or my nieces were born. We were neighbors for many years. He always seen to be a big Gentle Teddy Bear with a nice smile always was polite to me. John sorry you had to leave your children and family so young but God knows what's best for us. I have spoke to Trey and l have seen him cry ,I have spoke to him to let him know it's ok to cry and hurt. I told him God will get him thru . I love you all and lm here for you. Love you all.
