John Price Obituary

John W. Price Jr., 76, of Botetourt County went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 22, 2012. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and was retired from the U.S. Post Office after 25 years of service. He was a member of Cave Rock Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Alice S. Price; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Stacey Price, of Kennewick, Wash., Robert and Julia Price of Blue Ridge; grandchildren, Shane, Taylor, Brent and Seth Price; sisters, Nancy Henegar, Mary Saunders ,Peggy Gebauer; and brother, Jimmy Price. The family would like to thank Carrington Place for all their care.

Funeral services are scheduled at noon Monday, June 25, 2012, at Oakey's East Chapel with the Rev Bryan Lawrence officiating. Interment to follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Oakey's East Chapel from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2012.
