Dear Jo Ann and Betty Jane,

I am sorry about the loss of your mother. Having experienced this myself last year, it stays with you. There are so many memories.

I remember a birthday party at your home when your mother made the most amazing ice cream cake. I remember spending the night at your home when it was turning from 1949 to 1950. Your mother and father were such good people. I know you miss them both.

Love,

Anna Epperson
