Pamela POPE Obituary
Pam leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Terry Lee Pope Sr., of Fayetteville, N.C.; a daughter, Dawn Spencer (Timothy), of Julian, N.C.; a son, Terry L. Pope Jr. (a special friend, Demetrice), of Spring Lake, N.C.; mother, Shirley Eley, of Roanoke; grandchildren, Olympus, Tyler, Thelma, Terry and Tatyana; sisters, Wanda Robertson and Sharon Robertson; brothers, James Robertson, Deon Robertson and Linwood Eley; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the home of her mother. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013, in the Hamlar-Curtis Chapel with the Bishop Malverse Simpson officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Interment will be in Williams Memorial Park. Friends may call on Thursday afternoon for viewing at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home. You just don't even know ...This lady was a woman of God and gave you what ever she can and help u threw your problem by speaking the word of God. WE LOVE U AND THINK ABOUT U EVERY DAY.I tell your husband Terry and your son Tj that the most two important men in her life she will never leave u two. Her love is so strong and powerful that u can still feel her spirit,and even doe we can't talk and see her everyday ...SHE IS NEAR.
So as my dear mother law will say just pray and thank God for what he is capable of and when u see a blue Jay bird get on your feet and praise God and thank him ...a blessing is on the way.

Thank you Pam for helping me, around the house and traveling so far to help me. Thank you for cooking dinner for my family, washing the dishes, and for your prayers and pep talk. You will be missed by my husband, children, and my family and myself. Thanks for everything. You made a difference in all of our lives. We had some great times and laughs with you. We will always have those good memories in our mind and smile every time we think of them and you. Love, Doris

To Shirley, Terry, Wanda, Huck and all the family, I want you to know that my heart is heavy with the lost of my beautiful friend, Pam. I pray that God will comfort, strengthen, keep and bless you. Shirley and family,
