Patricia Bingham Obituary
April 21, 1944 - September 20, 2023
Patricia S. Bingham, 79, of Roanoke, Va., and formerly of Lexington, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
She was a member of Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary in Lexington, Ky. Patricia was the owner of The School of Ballet and the Founder of the School for Creative and Performing Arts, both in Lexington, Ky. She was a performing member of the Lexington Ballet.
Patricia graduated from John Caroll High School and the University of Tennessee. Patricia was a devoted mother and wife. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sara Alfano Scotch; father, Anthony Peter Scotch; and sister, Mary Grace Ritchey.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband of 57 years, Ronald Eugene Bingham; her sons and daughter-in-law, Jason and Shelby Bingham, and Scott Bingham; her grandchildren, Alex, Sara Catherine, Bailey, Riley, and Claire Bingham; and her sister, Antoinette Mikaela Reif and husband, Dick Reif.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Oakey's South Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent in Patricia's name to SCAPA, c/o Principal Beth Rudolph, 400 Lafayette Parkway, Lexington, KY 40503. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.Oakeys.com.

So sorry to read of her death. I loved Patty she was my childhood friends sister. We would always share our love of dance when she visited her son who lived by my mom in Bham. I´m sure this pretty lady is dancing with the Angels! Rip.

I remember Patti fondly from the years that we danced together in the Lexington Ballet. She was a lovely dancer, a hard worker and was lots of fun. My prayers to Ron and the boys.
