Mrs. Ruby Delores Smith, age 90, of Bedford, departed this life on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She is survived by one daughter, Jo Clara Smith Blake; two sons, Ronald Williams and Brian Smith; four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2023, at New Life Baptist Church, 2000 Forest Rd., Bedford, VA 24523. Friends may view on Sunday, July 16, 2023, from 12 until 3 p.m. in the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel.
