Ruth Combs, 69, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Saturday March 2, 2024.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Oakey's North Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be made at www.Oakeys.com.
