Mark,

Words seem so inadequate, and try as I might, I can not find words adequate enough to express how very sorry I am for your and Kathleen's loss. My heart goes out to you both.

Thank you for sharing your memories and photos. She was a beautiful woman.

My deepest condolences to you and yours.

Thank you all for the kind words and remembrances of Sharon. She was a unique and beautiful human being. She was kind because kindness was needed not because she expected anything in return…She was gentle because it was her nature. She was completely devoted to me and Kathleen. She was the love and the light in my life and now she is our angel. It was a sweet pleasure and an honor to be her husband and a privilege to care for her. I will do my best to make her as proud of me as I always was of her.

My dear, dear Brother and my sweet, Kathleen. I love you two, more than you can imagine. What a privilege to have known and loved sweet Sharon and to have been able to share so much of her way too short life. What a warm and loving woman-right up to the very end. No matter how deep the disease went, she always found her way out to console us when she saw our pain. What a radiantly beautiful soul. The heavens are surely dancing for joy to have her as a new playmate. See you tomorrow...

My family would sit on the other side of the church, The First Presbyterian Church in Washingtonville. Kathleen, her Father and Mother would often attend. I really can't recall if I ever spoke to Mrs. Carey, but she came off as a quiet, and sweet lady. My heart goes out to Mr. Carey, and Kathleen. If you need any help of any kind please let me know.
