MAXTON — Ms. Joann Locklear, 63, of Maxton, was born Aug. 4, 1956, and passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Island Grove Baptist Church.
Service are entrusted to Thompson's Funeral Home.
