JOYCE JACOBS LOCKLEAR
ROWLAND — Joyce Jacobs Locklear, 64, of Bertha Jones Road, Rowland, died Jan. 8, 2020, at Atrium Health Pineville.
The funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Elrod Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Revels Funeral Home Pembroke.
