MARLENE BELL LOCKLEAR
LUMBERTON — Marlene Bell Locklear, 59, departed this life on Jan. 14, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Rufus Bell Sr.; a brother, Willie Rufus Bell Jr.; and a sister, Gladys Bell Fields.
She is survived by her sons, Donovan Locklear, and Mark Locklear of Lumberton; her mother, Bernice Pandora Bell of Lumberton; grandchildren, Collin Locklear, Marco Locklear, Brianna Oxendine, and Maykya Locklear; her brothers, Willie Ray Bell, and Orland Bell; her beloved twin sister, Darlene Bell Hunt; and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Liberty Holiness Church with Rev. Buddy Scott and Rev. Jonathan Bell officiating. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at the New Point Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Liberty Holiness Church at 130 Greenview Drive, Lumberton, N.C., 28360, before the funeral service.
