Rosemary Ramsey Locklear
LUMBERTON — Mrs. Rosemary Ramsey Locklear, 54, of 4606 Alamac Road, died June 1, 2014, at Southeastern Hospice House.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Sandy Hill Baptist Church, the Rev. Johnny Bruce and Larry Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
Ms. Locklear was born July 20, 1960, in Rieculet, England, and was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Waldo Ramsey and Velvia Laverne Ramsey.
She is survived by her husband, Bernice Locklear of the home; two sons, Joshua Aaron Wilkins (Raven Revels) of Pembroke, Jack Ryan Locklear (Stephanie) of Lumberton; a daughter, Mary Alison Locklear of Lumberton; two sisters, Carol McHugh of Danville, Va., and Lindy Hardy (Billy) of Halifax, Va.; three stepsons, Vincent Lowery of Red Springs, Stephen Locklear of Raeford, and Mitchell Lynn Locklear of Concord; two grandchildren, Jayla Reign and Cameron Jayce; a close friend, Barbara Weatherford of Kingstree, S.C.; and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Revels Funeral Home Lumberton.

Her work for the clinic with the patients was so appreciated by the staff, patient's and also the familes of the patients We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Rosemary touched us all in such a special way with her positive attitude and her unwavering faith in God's love and His plan for her.
