CHARLOTTE — Mrs. Ruby Holmes Williams, 68, of Charlotte, formerly of Lumberton, died April 3, 2015.
Mrs. Williams was born on Dec. 7, 1946, in Lumber Bridge to the late Margaret Williams Holmes and Rufus Earl Holmes.
