Margaret Robertson Obituary
Margaret Elaine Robertson, 76, of West Lafayette, went to be with her beloved Savior on Feb. 7, 2025.
Margie was born Nov. 22, 1948, in Rochester, to William and Rosalie (Carpenter) Biddinger, who preceded her in death.
Margie was a graduate of Rochester High School, Grace College (BS, Ed.), and obtained her master's degree in elementary education from Purdue University. Margie taught elementary school in Michigan City, Benton County and Knox.
Wherever life led her, Margie was always an active member of a church family. Most recently, Margie was a member of Covenant Church in West Lafayette.
On June 13, 1970, Margie married Edwin C. Robertson, who preceded her in death on Aug. 25, 2013. He was the love of her life.
Margie is survived by her son Wesley (April) Robertson; grandson William Aaron Robertson; and her sisters, Catherine Biddinger of Greenfield, Iand Ginny Wheeler of Beaver Falls, Pa.
Margie's life was framed by a passionate commitment to her faith, family, and friends. Her life touched many people with fun, humor, and kindness.
A Burial of Ashes will occur Friday, June 13, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, at 3631 Morehouse Road, West Lafayette, IN, 47906.
A casual gathering will follow the service at "The Hub," in Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church, at 211 Knox Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
