David Jennings Obituary

David Allen Jennings, 64, of Broadway, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Augusta Health. He was born on September 28, 1960, and was a son of the late Shelton and Louise (Hales) Jennings. David worked for Good Printers for many years. He was an avid fly fisherman and loved the outdoors. David was united in marriage to Peggy (Young) Jennings, who survives. David is also survived by children, Elizabeth (Kyle) Collins, Joshua Jennings, Bryan (Jennifer) Havener, and Jennifer (Michael) Moore; step-mother, Louise Jennings; brother, Don (Vadis) Jennings; sisters, Susan (David) Mays, and Ann Young; grandchildren, Matthew Moore, Chase and Claire Havener; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Julius Jennings. A service celebrating David's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater, with Pastor Noah Radtke officiating. Following the service, a meal will be provided at Bridgewater Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
