The Burkholder cousins enjoyed many times playing at Uncle Bob's place on Airport Road - especially one Sunday afternoon playing football in the rain or shooting sparrows with BB guns when they came to visit us on the farm. After they moved into the "big house" on the bluff in Mt. Crawford, our Burkholder cousins took us exploring along the banks of North River. For me, the most unforgettable memory may be the story behind the phrase "remember that cow?" Owen or Boyd can fill in details.
