Judith Mae Dofflemyer

Judith Mae (Craun) Dofflemyer, 77, of Bridgewater, passed away on February 4, 2025. She was born in Rockingham County on May 26, 1947, a daughter of the late Catherine Elizabeth (Barr) Craun and Oscar Dewey Craun. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, antiquing with her husband, making fudge in the winter time, playing on the computer and spending time with her family. Judith was united in marriage to Millard Garfield Dofflemyer, II, on March 20, 1965 and spent 57 years together until he preceded her in death on January 15, 2022. Judy is survived by a daughter, Teresa Grogg and husband Jennings; two sons, Millard Dofflemyer, III and Marcus Dofflemyer; sister Lucy Ludholtz; eight grandchildren, Jessica Spangler, Tabitha Barrix, Sharmen Back, Shania Dofflemyer, Starrlynn Dofflemyer, Alisha Dofflemyer, Chris Dofflemyer, Elizabeth Dofflemyer; nine great-grandchildren, Hanna Spangler, Hunter Spangler, Halzey Spangler, Lainey Barrix, Ethan Barrix, Trinity Back, Emberleigh Luna, Nevaeh Lonas, Calvin Lonas, Xander Hinegardner; one great-great grandchild, Maci Wright. In addition to her spouse and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donnie, Leonard, Boyd, Zeke, and Wade Craun. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM, on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel in Bridgewater.
