Phyllis and I decided we were Soul Sisters some thirty odd years ago. Whenever too much time passed we would look for the other. Now she really is an angel looking over those she loves. God Blessed Me and I am certain God Blessed you. We were allowed time on this earth with Phyllis.

I pray for peace within her family.

I am in deep sadness and disbelief hearing of Phyllis' passing! I have enjoyed our visits for over 20 years as a treasured customer and friend at
Bailey's and loved running into her anytime we ran into one another outside of the store. I truly felt a connection with her and considered her a "girl friend" of mine. She was a special person and loved her parents, friends and family so much! She will be so missed by all that knew her! My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

To the Cotton Family:
Phyllis was our next door neighbor for 4 years. When we moved in, Phyllis came over right away to welcome us to the neighborhood. I knew then, that I met someone special. She was so much fun to have around. She always made me laugh, and it was so nice knowing we had such a wonderful person as a neighbor. May God bless you and your family. I am certain that God just welcomed a beautiful angel, and we will all get to see her again. Our deepest sympathy to your family. God bless all of you.
