Harry Bailey Obituary

Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Harry Franklin Bailey Jr unexpectedly journeyed to his Heavenly home when succumbing to medical complications at the hospital during a brief sickness.

Frankie is pre-deceased by both his parents, Harry Franklin Baily, Sr and Shirley Jean (Edwards) Baily. He is survived by three sons and one of his daughters; Harry Bailey, III (Felicia), Joshua Bailey (Tosha), Lottye Jean Taylor (Joe), Trinity Boyd (Susan), and Shawn Boyd, but sadly pre-deceased by his daughter, Heather Bailey. Surviving siblings are Zack bailey, Sherrie Duke (Jamie), Lisa Bailey, Douglas Bailey (Melissa), and Johnny Bailey (Lisa), but sadly pre-deceased by brother, Michael Bailey.

The family welcomes all friends for a Celebration of Life with Military Tribute service honoring his special life to be held at the Lock and Dam Park Pavillion (181 Lock and Dam Rd SW, Rome, GA); Saturday, September 27, 2025; 3:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests all donations be made to the American Legion, Post #5, P.O. Box 945 Rome, GA 30161 Attn: Dan Emerick. Family and friends comments welcomed at dignitymemorial.com.
