Margaret Sue Musallam

Mrs. Margaret Sue Bright Musallam, age 79, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Mussalam was born in Dade County, Georgia on May 25, 1945, daughter of the late Marvin Ester Bright and the late Willie Mae McGill Parm. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Musallam worked as a retail supervisor for Hess in Riverbend Mall and then worked in the Admissions Office at Berry College. She was a two-time breast cancer survivor.

Survivors include her husband, Hazem Musallam; a brother, Phillip Bright; nieces and nephews, Renee Martinez, Brittany Martinez, Alex Mendoza, Giovanni Guzman, Jason Bright, and Melissa Guzman.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 11am in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel with the Rev. Robert Vines officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, on Sunday from 4 until 6pm.

Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel on Monday at 10:30am and include Hazem Musallam, Alex Mendoza, Enrique Domingo, Patrick Guzman, Giovanni Guzman, and Poly Guzman.
