Maxine and I went to school and graduated together. We were a relatively small class and were more like family than classmates. I was fortunate to attend a couple of class reunions over the years. I live in Northern CA. I spoke with her a few times over the past few weeks and she was always happy to hear from me. My wife and I send our prayers and thoughts to the family.
