Alex Conti Obituary

Alex Conti, Jr. died recently after a short, but fierce battle with pancreatic cancer.

Lex was born on November 8, 1956 in Rome, NY.

He leaves a loving wife, Leslie Colville; sons, Chance and Randall (Stephanie) Colville; daughters, Tracy (Joe) Solomon and Heather Colvin; his dear mother, Janet; sister, Chris; and brother, Mark (Julie). Lex was an excellent chef, who loved family and celebrated twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by one son, John (Annie).

Lex graduated from Rome free Academy in 1975 and attended University of Oswego. Lex moved to the Washington, DC area to work, later moving to San Diego in 2019, where he worked in support of Homeland security.

He stayed friends with many of his school mates, including Doug Arthur, Scott Adolfi and Mark Loreto. The only way we got through this sudden death was his love of Monty Python's sick humor.

There will be a private Memorial in August held in the Adirondacks.
