Donna Marie Abraham, lovingly known as Red or Ladybug, passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 81. She was born on August 1, 1942, in Rome, New York, and most recently resided in Utica, New York.

Donna had a zest for life and enjoyed various hobbies. She was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to supporting teams like the New York Yankees and Kansas City Chiefs. Donna loved watching football and baseball games, finding joy in cheering on her favorite teams.

In her free time, Donna delighted in indulging her taste buds with her favorite foods. She had a particular fondness for angel hair pasta and blackened salmon, savoring every bite. Music was also a significant part of Donna's life. She found solace and happiness in listening to artists like Chris Bottom, Dave Koz, and her very own son, Dion Abraham.

Professionally, Donna had a successful career as a waitress at Red Lobster for 13 years, where she brightened the days of countless patrons with her warm smile and friendly nature. Additionally, she served as a caregiver, providing support and comfort to those in need.

Donna Marie Abraham will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her lively spirit, love for sports, and dedication to those around her will be cherished in their memories forever.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday, May 29, from 1-2 p.m. at McGrath, Myslinski, Kowalczyk & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd., Utica. Funeral services will commence following visitation at 2 p.m.
