Went to Proctor with frank and hung with him those 4 years . A great young man with a personality to match . We weight lifted at the YMCA in Utica and went to the Skylar Twin drive in movies . We had many good times and he was always a gentleman . Even as grown adults he was always positive and caring . He was an excellent example of a assume humanbehn . I will never forget him . Rest in peace my friend . Joe Cotrupe .
