Priscilla Parker Obituary
Priscilla was born in Rome, on August 10, 1946 to the late John and Mary Gorzalkowski Potocki, and graduated from RFA, and cosmetology school in Utica. On April 24, 1965, she was united in marriage to Lysle Parker at Transfiguration Church in Rome. Priscilla worked at GE, then for NY State for many years, retiring from the CNY Psychiatric Center in Marcy.
She enjoyed going to the casino, holidays with her family, and was Elvis Presley's biggest fan.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Lysle, of Rome; a son and daughter in law, Lysle and Corena Parker of Whitesboro; a daughter and son in law, Nadine and Eric LaFayette of New Hartford; two granddaughters, Nicole (Michael) Scarafile of Utica, and Kadence LaFayette of New Hartford; several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Stanley and Patricia Potocki; and sister and brother-in-law, Delores and Adelbert DeFrees.
Funeral services will be private at Priscilla's request.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
