I remember the first time I ate Gumbo,Jean prepared it and it was quite delicious. I had 2 helpings of it. I had said to myself that I'd never eat Calimari (Octopus). After my hearty feast was done I asked what the ingredients were and as you may guess, I consumed plenty of Octopus and it was the best Gumbo I've ever ate all these years later.
