JUAN CARLOS BARRERA, 49 LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Juan Carlos Barrera, 49, of Las Vegas, NV, died Thursday, July 18, 2013 in his home following a long illness. Born February 20, 1964 in Eagle Pass, TX; the son of Juan A. and Guadalupe (Rodriguez) Barrera. Juan Carlos is survived by Daughter, Adriana Hernandez, of Belvidere, IL; Father, Juan A. Barrera, of Belvidere, IL; 5 brothers, Martin, Cesar, Jose, Luis and David Barrera; 2 sisters, Jessica and Rebecca Barrera. Preceded in death by his mother. Funeral service 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 6, in Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Geary, Pastor of St. James Catholic Church. Burial in Belvidere Cemetery.
