NORA L. KORSBERG-HUEBNER, 53 LOVING WIFE, MOTHER AND SISTER ROCKFORD - Nora L. Korsberg-Huebner, 53, of Rockford died Monday, May 19, 2008, in her home. Born March 27, 1955, the daughter of Edward and Irene (Winar) McGann. Worked for the Harlem School District as a registered school nurse, serving Loves Park and Maple Elementary Schools. Nora was a loving and easy going person who always put family and friends first and foremost. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include husband, Wayne Huebner; sons, Robert and Michael (Trisha Argyle) Korsberg, all of Rockford; sisters, Patty (Brian) Quinn of Rockford, Kathleen Kettner of Washington and Janice (Cy) Snyder of Florida; adopted mother, Ruth Ann Jacobson of Rockford; niece, Colleen; nephews, Jeff, Ray and Brad; and many special friends. Predeceased by parents; and first husband, Steve Korsberg in 1986. Service at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 25, in Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, with visitation from 1 to 3:45 p.m.; Pastor David Lindfors of Bethesda Covenant will officiate. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the family.
