Ernest Hakey Obituary
He was born on March 3, 1934, to Ernest S. Hakey and Lillian Devoid in the town of Grafton, Vermont.
He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1953, and served a tour of duty in Korea.
He was predeceased by his parents, three sisters, and four brothers. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty G. Barber Hakey; four sons; three daughters-in-law; a grandson, and five granddaughters; a younger brother, Bertie and wife, Rita; and half-brother, Hartwell Bowers and wife, Irene.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Paralyzed Veterans of America located in Wilton, NH.
Services will be private.

Betty, we are so sorry about Enie's death. He was the most loved brother -in-law that I have ever had and I and your brother will miss him so very much. He was a great father and husband as I am sure you and the boys will agree. Our thought and prayers are with you all. We love you
