Debra, Persis and family - I am so sorry for your loss. I only knew George through you and I know what a big part of his life you all were. His spirit will be in your hearts forever.

An institution/legend is gone. Many nights spent hangin with George and Tommy at the A&W and Sewards' parking lot in the mid-60s. Good boys both! RIP George - you are missed!

I remember him tooling us around town in his fancy car back when we were kids, metallic green with white leather seats as I recall. George sure enjoyed his hot wheels. And one of my best visits with him was sitting next to him at Jason and Ingrid's wedding reception, yacking it up. I know Debra and Persis miss him most of all. Hard for me to believe he's gone, George was always there. A real Vermonter, may he rest in peace.
