Jacqueline Macheski Obituary
She was born March 1, 1964, in Rutland, the daughter of Joseph Macheski and Joan (Gould) Morey.
She was employed at numerous businesses throughout the years, including the Hookery in West Pawlet, Authentic Lighting in Rupert and various greenhouses.
She enjoyed music and card games, especially pitch and cribbage. She also enjoyed camping, stacking wood and the out-of-doors in general.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas Dorr Jr. and Aaron Dorr, both of Pawlet; a daughter, Sierra Dickson of Pawlet; her parents and stepfather Rick Morey; her companion and father of her sons, Thomas Dorr; a brother, Kevin Macheski of West Pawlet; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Jody Macheski and Jeffrey Macheski.
A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at the Robert M. King Funeral Home, 23 Church St., Granville, N.Y. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until the time of the service.

I was so shocked to learn about jackie.She used to baby sit our boys when they were younger she had such a way with children.Even though I had not seen her in yrs she will be missed.We are so sorry for your loss.May God be with you and your family in your time of need.

I am so sorry to hear about Jackie. I am praying for you all at this most difficult time. Life is precious and it is times like this when we realize just how short life is, too. Live for today, remember all the good times you shared. I didn't know Jackie that well but what I did know of her, she always made me feel welcome like you all did. Thinking of all of you and hoping as time goes by, you can find comfort in knowing you will be reunited with her again in Heaven.

I am so sorry for our loss, and as an half sister me & Jackie realy didn't get to know each other as u all know.I realy wished me & Jackie could of spent more time together so we would of known each other more. But I still considerded Jackie my half sister no matter what. Jackie will be greatly missed.
