I just found out about the loss of your dad. I am very sorry and also for your mom, which I did not know about until now. How strange is life when I was just looking at pics yesterday of us all on your dad's boat. Please know you are all in my thoughts.

May Chief Howell rest in peace. He had a wonderful career and seems to have fully enjoyed retirement. The Officers and members of Savin Rock Hose Company 4, West Haven Fire Dept, extend our deepest sympathy.
On a personal note, I remember visiting the house on union avenue many times over the years with my father, Jim Guthrie.
