Celebration of Life: Lara's father, Lee Wilbur, and her family, John and Carissa Casey (daughter), would like to invite you to a celebration of life for Lara. This celebration will be held Sunday, March 26, 2017, at the Essex VFW Post 6689, 73 Pearl St., Essex Junction, VT. Guests may attend between 1 and 3 p.m.

I had met Lara at Champlain College. I remember a woman who was so proud to be a mom. She adored Carissa.

Lee, John and Carissa, we are so sorry for your loss. Lara was a good friend to a lot of people. I'll always remember her coming in when I was bartending and telling everyone she was my bouncer. No one ever bothered us..lol I'll miss you old friend, I hope your a peace.
