Larry Trombley Obituary

BRANDON - Larry Edward Trombley, 53, died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
He was born Oct. 29, 1963, in Ticonderoga, New York, the son of Floyd and Dorothy (Bessey) Trombley.
He received his education in the Crown Point, New York, area.
Mr. Trombley was a U.S. Army veteran and continued serving in the Army Reserves until discharge in 1989.
In earlier years, he worked at Carris Reels and then at Vermont Marble's Power Division. He was later employed at the former Central Vermont Public Service, now Green Mountain Power, presently as a power production worker in hydro maintenance.
He enjoyed hunting and working in his garage.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda (Reed) Trombley, of Brandon, whom he married in Pittsford July 11, 1987; three children Erin and Matthew Trombley, both of Brandon, and Nicholas Trombley, of Pittsford; a grandson; his parents, of Satsuma, Florida; four siblings Lisa Savage, Justin Trombley, both of Crown Point, New York, Lynne Trombley, of Brandon, and Greg Trombley, of Plattsburgh, New York; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The private memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Larry Trombley Memorial Fund, in care of Miller & Ketcham, 26 Franklin St., Brandon, VT 05733.
