Alice was the most warm and caring person. She always welcomed friends and family with open arms. Her house was always open for me and others when we visited California. She was the perfect hostess. I loved my cousin and even through there were many miles between us, I do miss her calls. Alice loved family. Alice you were loved by many.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Bourez was such a wonderful woman. I learned from her to appreciate other people who show love and kindness to my children. She seemed to understand that at times, others can have a positive influence when your children don't want to hear what you have to say. To me, that showed all kinds of wisdom. She was devoted to her children and loved them all dearly. She shared that love with others as well. She was so kind and generous. Her home and her heart were always open. We shared a love for Fontanini nativity figures. Every year when I set up my nativity, I will think of her and smile. As Jim said to me when he told me she had passed, I'm sure she and my mom are having a cup of tea in heaven. My brother Ronald, her other son, will be there to give her a big hug which will make her laugh because he towered over her so. My prayers are with you all.

Dear Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. I don't have to tell you what a wonderful warm caring woman she was. Alice always made me feel a special family love with her phone calls and happy words. She was kind and will be missed by so many. You were Blessed to have her for your Mom, and she was Blessed to have each and everyone of you. She loved her kids and spoke of you often.
Just know I care and you all will be my prayers at this difficult time.
