RIVERA, Alice M.
Born in El Paso, Texas, on August 11, 1931, she passed away on November 16, 2008, in West Sacramento, Calif. Leaves to cherish her memories, husband Manuel Rivera, sons Juan (Lupe) Rivera and William (Lidia) Rivera, grandchildren Yasmine, Erica, Monique, Yesenia, Juan Manuel, and Samantha, great-grandchildren Francisco and Macayla, and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. and rosary from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at MORGAN JONES CHAPEL OF CHIMES, 4200 Broadway. Services will be held at St. Rose's Catholic Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd., on Friday, Nov. 21, at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Juan and Willy, I'm so sorry about Alice. It hurts me not to have been able to be there for you when you were hurting both so much. I hold nothing but good memories about Alice and know she's with our Lord in Heaven. May God relieve some of your pain and help you through this. God Bless you and your brother and Father. Sorry to hear about your lost.. Sally Meza,her friend, wasn't able to make her services. She had dailysis on Thursday,, didn't have a good day, was weak. She has dailysis on Friday at 10:00.
Sally & Alice have alot of momories together. She gave my parents 2 dogs, that they love. She will be missed. Keep in touch. May god bless you in your time of sorrow.

To my tio and cousins,
I am sorry about your loss. Even though its been some time since I last spoke with my tia Alice, I remember the last word of advice she gave me was to continue with my education. I remember only good things about her and I remember her smile.

To My Tio and My Cousins sorry for ur lost. Even though I lost touch with My Tia Alice I will always carry with me nothing but good memories. Especially the times she would pop up at our house with a lil surprise in her pocket, that of course would end up being a baby chihuahua. Thanks Tia Alice so much for that, may u Rest in Peace. love you
