PARKER Sr., Artemis
Born January 15, 1952 in Winston Salem, NC, at rest on May 31, 2004. Loving husband of Mary Parker, beloved son of Thelma Jackson and stepfather Freddie Jackson. Cherished son of Howard Ward of Winston Salem, NC, beloved father of Artemis Parker Jr, Norris Parker, La'mon Parker, Anthony Parker, Phillip Parker, Adrian Parker, Inga Parker, and Algerie Parker. He is also survived by his 19 treasured grandchildren; cherished brother of Cynthia Parker-McCain, Kenneth Jackson, Alfred Jackson, and Kymberli Jackson; and a host of family and friends. Graduate of Sacramento High School, attended USC- "All American," played with the Philadelphia Eagles and NY Jets. Memorial Services will be held at 5:00pm, Monday June 7th at Morgan Jones Funeral Home, 4200 Broadway, Sacramento.

Artemis "T" Parker was a friend of mine at Sacramento High School, a real gentleman and one heck of a dragon football star at Sacramento High School (1968-1970). God bless my friend "T" Parker.

I was able to meet cousin Tee when he was in New York playing for the Jets. I was a little girl and he seemed like a giant. I still dont know much about football but that imaged always stayed with me and i bragged about it all time. GOD BLESS
