Arthur McNULTY Obituary

McNULTY, Arthur Gerard
'Gerry'
Age 85, of Sacramento, California passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011 after a short, courageous fight against a lung infection.
Born in County Armagh, Ireland, October 13, 1925, to the late Arthur and Alice McNulty. He served in the British Royal Navy for two years. He met his wife of 61 years, Noreen at a dance in England. A very charismatic man with a grand sense of humor, he loved to have a great laugh and could tell a wonderful story.
Survived by his beloved wife, Noreen, and adored by his five children Brian (Sharon) McNulty, Maureen (Richard) Yamadera, Sheila (Ray) Navarette, Gerard (Toni) McNulty, and Patricia (Danny) McNulty-Langdon, 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother, Oliver McNulty from Glandore, Ireland, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Dear Sheila, Tish and family, we're so sorry for the loss of your dad. Our prayers are with you all. And, as the Irish say:
May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone,
May you always remember
When the shadows fall-
You do not walk alone
Love, Tom & Geri O'Neil

So sorry to hear of Gerry's passing! My heartfelt condolences to Noreen and the family.
I am honored to have known him.
Proud to be Irish, always aggrandizing his homeland, wise, friendly and kind - he was a pleasure to be around. And, Oh what a song he could sing, and a story he could tell.
To his blessed memorey, my glass of guinness is raised!
Farewell, good friend, SLAINTE
