I was the Assistant Chief PO during Barbaras time at the Sacto. County Probation Dept.. She was a true asset to the Dept. . Always had a smile and a cheerful word in a sometimes gloomy business. So sorry for her passing. My wife is dealing with a stage four cancer so I am familiar with what a horrible disease it is and I am sure Barbara gave it a valiant fight. My condolences to the family at this difficult time.
