MCCURDY, Barbara Jean
Entered into rest peacefully at home in Elverta, CA surrounded by her family on September 21, 2005 at the age of 67 years. Born November 16, 1937 in Omaha, NB. A resident of Elverta for 41 years. Beloved mother to Joleen McCurdy, Jeri Meadows, Brian and Tina McCurdy, Robert and Monica McCurdy, and Rennel Farr, loving sister of Bobby Joe Terry, grandmother of Richard and Tasha Pierce, Amanda, Melissa, Max, Russell, Samantha and Laura, 4 great grandchildren Elijah, Kiannah, Josiah, and Charlie. Also survived by aunts Bonnie, Betty, Rosie, Rubie, uncle Loren and their families, nieces and nephews Michael, Steven, Patrick, Scott, Mark, and Alan Terry and their families, and Karin Villa and family. Special mention to the families born of her heart, brother Gene and sister Reggie Carlock and their entire clan. Betty Woolery and family, Deena Paneda and Kay Longman. Preceded in death by her husband LeRoy McCurdy, parents Joe and Freeda Terry, and brother Ike Terry. Mrs. McCurdy was a member of the LifePoint Church of the Nazarine. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Monday, September 26, 2005 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and funeral services on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 11:00 AM at SUNSET LAWN CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento.

Grandma,
I love you so very much and I miss you more then words could say. We were the luckiest grandchildren in the whole Universe to have you for our grandma! I know it will never be good bye that I say to you but See ya latter. So to my mama I'll halve to say,I LOVE YOU AND I'll SEE YOU LATTER!!
