In Sacramento on February 7, 2005. Wife since 1949 of Peter Joe of Sacramento. Mother of Brenda (Brian) Fong of Sacramento, Gerald (Laura) Joe of Davis and Priscilla (Thomas Low) Joe of Oakland. Grandmother of Daniel Fong, Christopher Joe, Craig Joe, Akemi Joe, Olivia Low, Russell Low and Charlotte Low. Sister of Doris Kwan, Leslie (Florence) Mah and Larry Mah, the late Irene Fong, Mary Au and Jimmy Mah. She leaves numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A native of Vancouver, BC, aged 83 years. She has lived in Sacramento since 1948. Friends are welcome to the Wake on Tuesday, Feb. 15, from 5:00-6:00 PM and are respectfully invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 1:00 PM in the LAND PARK CHAPEL OF HARRY A. NAUMAN & SON, 4041 Freeport Blvd. Interment will follow in East Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Asian Community Nursing Facility or favorite charity of the donor's choice in her memory.
