It´s been 15 years since you left a big hole in my heart Carol. You gave so much of yourself to everyone you knew and to those you didn´t know. You are missed tremendously. I´m so glad you called me a dear and close friend. RIP

I was saddened to hear of Carol's death. We were students together at McGeorge School of Law. Although I didn't know her well, I vividly remember her intelligence, sunny disposition and infectious smile. The legal profession has lost a bright light. My condolences to Carol's family. I knew Carol in those golden blue mustang days at Mather AFB. She had a laugh that was purely infectous and I loved her as the big sister to my dear friend Gail (and to me). Though separated by years and distance and life, I am grateful for those sweet memories and am heartbroken at the world's loss. My prayers and thoughts are with your family and friends.
Love Always,
Katie Faires (SMSgt Faires' daughter)

You were there when I needed a friend desperately, and remained my close friend for life. I will miss your energy, your love for life and your caring heart for friends and family, but I will carry all the memories in my heart forever. I will miss you very much, dear friend. Rest in peace.
