Charlie,
Ana and I will miss you tremendously. Quick to tell a joke, the never ending mischievous smile, the stories you and Mary told us about Bryte, we still remember and laugh at your stories. Many of us strive for and many never reach the American dream of a beautiful wife, the perfect yard and house with nary a blade of grass out of place, the flowers that bloomed forever unlike ours, that puzzled us for years until we finally learned your secret.
Waving at all who went by, I know Charlie knew every one of the car horns that beeped to say hi, as the people drove down the street.
If you needed to know just about anything Charlie probably had the answer too.
I remember Charlie stopping by when we were out doing light yard work.
He always had a kind word or two or three or 10, or 25 about what we would be doing and had a suggestion or two to help things look just right. He would tell a joke or 2 and then leave and I would be in stitches laughing my head off.
YES!!!! Charlie you will be missed by all who were fortunate to have met you and even more by the people who were lucky enough to be able to spend some time with you. It never seemed to be enough , or the conversation would go by so fast, it seemed like just a few minutes instead of an hour or two.
Mary and Family,
Please accept our heartfelt and sincere condolences for your loss. We have a void in our hearts that may never be filled again. We miss Charlie, miss his voice, miss his laugh.
We know, as you already know too, that he is happy and in God's hands, seeing the wonders of Universe and knowing that he has truly reached home for the first time.

I promise not to let a week or even a day go by without thinking of you and or celebrating In some way, big or small. Just remember we all love you. I will miss your stories, even though the stories you told could go on for hours and hours, it didn't matter to me because I always learned something from each story.
